What We Believe

          The One True God

We believe in only one true and living God, the creator, and sustainer of all things, who is infinite, eternal, unchanging, and is revealed to us as the Father, the Head of the Trinity, into whose hands finally the kingdom shall be given up.

We believe in God, the Son, who is the promised Messiah of the Old Testament, who was born of a virgin, conceived by the Holy Spirit, given  to reveal God  the Father;  who died to redeem man, rose from the dead on the third day, who is now seated at the right  hand of the Father interceding for all believers, and who will one day return in a visible, personal and bodily form as the glorious Lord of lords and  judge of all mankind to receive His Church unto Himself at a time the Father has reserved for Himself alone.

We believe in God, the Holy Spirit, a person sent from God the Father to convict the world of sin; to regenerate and cleanse the believers from sin; to teach, guide, strengthen and perfect every believer.

We believe God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit is three in one.

        The Sinful Nature Of Man

We believe that man was created in the image of God, but that being tempted by Satan, he sinned, and since that time all men have been born in sin. The original tempter was Satan, the personal evil, who with his angels have been working iniquity among the nations of the world. Sin is nonconformity to the will of God, which leads to physical and spiritual death, and eternal separation from God in a physical Hell that will one day deliver its inhabitants up for final judgment and ultimately into the Lake of Fire.

           Christ Our Atonement

We believe that God provided a way for our reconciliation to Him by ransom from our sin and that the way provided is Jesus Christ. Jesus atoned for our sins with His death on the cross, and through His blood atonement, we can become joint heirs with Christ, thereby escaping the condemnation and wrath of God. Christ’s atonement is applied to the believer by the grace of God through the faith of man in the person and finished work of Jesus Christ.

           Christ Our Savior

We believe every individual is condemned through his or her sins and without Jesus Christ salvation is impossible. We believe for anyone to be delivered from condemnation, he must of a free will accept the gospel and Jesus Christ as Savior. We believe that those who do accept Him as Savior and hold on to their faith are eternally secure. We don’t believe in the doctrine of one’s saved forever save. We further believe that each believer is obligated to present the gospel to all mankind.

You Are Light

In the same way, let your light shine before men, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.—Matthew 5:16

There is no mistaking the effect of light upon a darkened place. Light boldly and unabashedly announces its presence and vigorously dispels darkness. God's desire is to fill you with His light. He wants you to shine as a brilliant testimony of His presence and power in your life so that the darkness in the lives of those around you will be displaced by the light of God's glory.

If, however, you notice the world around you becoming darker and darker, don't blame the darkness! It is simply doing what darkness does. The only remedy for darkness is light. If the world is becoming darker, the problem is not with the darkness. The problem is with the light. Jesus said His disciples should be the “light of the world” (Matt. 5:14). What an awesome responsibility—to be the ones through whom God would shine His divine light and dispel the darkness from around others! In announcing His own coming, Jesus said, “The people who sat in darkness have seen a great light, / And upon those who sat in the region and shadow of death / Light has dawned” (Matt. 4:16).

There was no ignoring Jesus' arrival upon earth! Darkness was dispelled! Everywhere Jesus went, God's truth was boldly proclaimed, people were healed, hypocrisy was exposed, and sinners found forgiveness. The world was never the same once the Father introduced His light through His Son. Can that be said of you as well? Do your coworkers recognize the light that is within you? Does the presence of Christ radiate from your home into your community? When God's light is allowed to shine unhindered through your life, the darkness around you will be dispelled.
